The estimate was free. They were the only ones out of 3 companies I contacted thru Angie's list that actually showed-up to do an estimate! I have not had the work done as yet, due to a family health matter that came up. I will contact the other two again, they were the 2 HIGHEST RATED companies listed on Angie's list for our area, and get them out here IF POSSIBLE. They better WOW ME!

Their service was good but we are not thrilled with the product. We got fabric shutters and the little things they used to attach the fabric, anchors in our trim around the windows to hook the fabric to. We were led to believe that the screws would be flushed with the trim and they would paint it and it would not be noticed but it is not the way it worked out. They drilled a hole and plugged it in. I do not think it is Home Depot's fault but I think they could have done a better job of describing what it would look like. I would not use them again for that work; if I had to do that over, I would not do it. I do not think they can do anything about it; they contracted it out to another provider and I think this was a mis-communication. What we thought we are getting is not what we actually got. We are still kind of working on it, the guy is supposed to come back next week and talk to my husband about it. It still may work out; we are sort of still in the middle of it.

I had stellar service from them. They worked so hard in finding me what I needed and also what was the best value for my dollar. They didn't just sell me something which I was so impressed with. Tod was the gentleman who helped me. The people who put in the floor that they had contracted did an amazing job. They did it quickly and they did it very nicely. I was most impressed with Tod looking for the best value for my dollar and actually saving me some money. The people who came out to put the floor in did an amazing job. They were in and out just like they said in no time. The fence we had a problem with. I wasn't happy with some of the work that the person that they had contracted to do the fence. The manager of the department came to my house that day. They had it replaced by the weekend by anything that wasn't to their specifications. They were just phenomenal. They're not just a chain. They have people in there who knew what they were doing and they took pride in what they were doing. I didn't have any issues since the work was provided.
