ERA PLATINUM

The agent Layla was always late for meetings. She would tell me she would meet me on her way home then not be there. She wouldn't call to say we wasn't coming and would act as though she was going out of her way when she had to make up for her lack of punctuality and organization. Extra keys were to have been made for 3 months until I finally got them made when she finally gave me access to the keys. She gave another agent authority to break a window to get into my garage apartment when the key wasn't working. Then she called my upstairs tenant and asked him if there was a way for the other agent with his clients to break into his apartment when he wasn't at home. When I tried to get out of the contract after, the breaking window situation, and was told it was going to cost me what their advertising fees had been. I stayed with the contract and was told she would be more active with an open house and such. More than a month passed before she made the flier that was to have been sent out, and it was three months before an open house was done after that saying it would be done the next weekend or two. Once I had an offer she would call me and say the "the buyer said X" and then when I called back about it she would say she hasn't even talked to the buyer. I asked if she was just an out and out liar?
