Crafted Coast came right away for the measurements and estimate. Their price was about half of the other fence company, they got the job done quickly, were professional to work with and even came quickly to replace a section that got damaged months later.

I had a great experience with Josh at Crafted Coast! Donovan was great as well! I highly recommend Crafted Coast. Our fence is beautiful and I would use Josh again! They worked so hard until the job was finished even working on Saturday! There were a few really cold and windy days too. They would even be working at dark with their lights! Great work!

Josh sent an unqualified worker, Michael Pearcy, who did a terrible job. He did not know how to put up the tile in the shower and would show up under the influence. When I contacted Josh, his only solution was to send someone else, but he could not say exactly when that would be. Beyond unprofessional, it was criminal! At this point I hired someone else who was qualified to correct the work that Josh and Michael did. The project ended up costing me twice as much and taking twice as long due to hiring Josh. Needless to say, I would not recommend Josh. Furthermore, I do not think he should be able to work in this industry. Totally irresponsible.

They kept leaving our job to go work other jobs. When done, 20 days after the fence was put in, our gates will not work, their trash is still in our yard, and their final bill was $990.00 more than the estimate. We cannot get anyone to come out to finish and nobody will even answer email. As HOA President, We received a complaint from a neighbor that their job was left unfinished and all the trash and excess material is in their yard. Poor customer service and lack of job completion.

Josh didn't get involved in my project until the end. Another representative went over everything they would do but did not put everything in contract. When he left Josh told me that I had to pay for the extra work that Brandon said they would do. The project cost me an extra $400.00. Felt taken advantage of. Told my neighbor I would go to another company.

The owner needs more experience in handling his business and employees. He needs to check on the work his employees do, and have them complete the work.

Hired to pour a slab for a patio. When they were done, we had a slab with a downward slope towards the house and a huge lump in the center. They attempted to grind it even and could not. It is gouged everywhere from the machinery. They left it that way, and we have not heard from them since we paid half up front, and they will not be paid the rest, because we have to hire someone else to fix it!

Great work done quickly at a reasonable price. Josh was very easy to work with. Great job guys!
