The interior was beautiful. It took a day or two longer to complete, but we are very happy with the result. The exterior was a different story. When I called the owner to express my concern about how the job was progressing, I was told that it's unreasonable to expect an interior result on the exterior of an old home. I didn't expect perfection, but also didn't expect peeling paint four days after application. We paid time and materials to have rotting wood replaced, yet we have areas that were sprayed over and left untouched. The owner said the paint would only adhere as well as the substrate would permit, but part of what we paid for was preparation of the substrate. We are left with runs and peeling paint after having paid a small fortune to have the job done correctly.

Brent, the Sales Manager, responded promptly to my request to come by my home for a quote. He was through in assessing our need and provided a printed quote while at the house. He warned us they were busy with other jobs and it might be two weeks before they could get to the job. In fact it was more than two weeks and there was some miscommunication on their arrival date. We worked it out and the crew came out and completed the job in 5 hours doing an excellent job. They crew was friendly and worked hard to protect our furniture and floors from paint as they worked. We were very pleased with the work and would use CertaPro again.

They live up to their 100% satisfaction guarantee. We had to have a guest room painted in time for the holidays and they made it happen. Every detail is perfect and they immediately responded to all of our needs. Caulked molding and baseboards and painted them perfectly. The walls were difficult because the paint we picked didn't blend well, but they made sure it was done to our complete satisfaction. We look forward to working with again.

After they are thru for the day, they leave nothing behind and when the work is finished they will do a walk thru with you. Great work! Meticulous attention to detail and superb professionalism. My attempt to repair our drywall fell short and Colonel Carey's Certapro painter went the extra mile to make it right. Now you can't even tell that the wall was ever damaged. He made sure the texture was exact and that paint blended perfectly. Miraculous! I'd recommend this world-class painting company to anyone, anytime, anywhere.

Salesman was knowledgeable, courteous and patient with all of our questions. He made us feel comfortable by showing us how CertaPro Painters of Mobile and Baldwin County is a reputable business. They worked with our schedule as we care for two grandchildren two days a week. Their price was $500 less than a similar competitor.

We hired CertaPro Painters to do a variety of jobs around the outside of our home. They power-washed the driveway, pressure-washed our wood fencing and decks, cleaned the soffits and gutters (some of which were on the second floor), re-stained the front door and re-painted the trim and non-brick areas of our home. The crew that was assigned to our job were professional and thorough. The crew supervisor (Thomas) kept us very informed throughout the process and made several helpful suggestions in regards to restoring our front door and replacing some decking. Even though the job was quoted to take 2-3 days to complete, they took 6 days to finish, with only one of those days being washed out being due to weather. However, we were pleased with the work and would use CertaPro Painters again or recommend them to our neighbors.

CertaPro arrived on time the day they were scheduled. All work was done professionally. They went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy with their services. They covered and protected the floors, furniture and fixtures to prevent any paint from splattering. They left the area as clean as they found it. The workers were very friendly and courteous. Our experience was phenomenal. All of the expectations set during the estimate were exceeded. We are more than pleased and highly recommend Glen and Phil. These guys are hard workers who pay great attention to detail. They are extra professional and treated our home like their own. They arrived promptly each morning, were friendly, explained things in detail, and made sure we were satisfied with all aspects. Our paint job looks great! 2 women arrived on time at 8:00am. They were polite and professional. They finished painting a large room by 2:00pm. They asked me to inspect the work before paying. They cleaned everything up and left the area spotless. Very neat painting job.

We had a few initial issues that were resolved with the owner, with both parties at fault, we compromised.

Steve Carey, the owner of the franchise, was very professional, informative and responsive. The carpenter, foreman and painters were friendly, courteous, professional, willing to answer questions and address concerns, cleaned up work site daily, completed work in a timely manner. Quality workmanship by all parties and demonstrated interest that all work was done to our satisfaction. Would highly recommend this company.

I needed a 1200 square ft addition to our house painted on short notice due to an approaching refinance appraisal. I called in 3 local paint companies and took bids and looked at their portfolios/previous work/references. The Certapro Steve runs led the group. Steve adjusted his worker's packed schedule and worked me in within 3 days. The quality of his staff was impressive - they started on time and finished in 2 days. They were very meticulous and paid attention to detail. My paint job was top notch. Steve also offered several payment options which provided me great flexibility. I have used his company before - and he's the only company I will let paint my house.
