He was totally professional and gave us several options to resolve our problems and provide us with several estimates to resolve our drainage issues. He provided a sketch, time frame and estimates for the 1 hour service.

He came on time on the designated date. Took measurements and photos. He called in a couple of weeks with draft of his plan. The plan was drafted in detail and beautifully done, but that stage was very expensive and reduced my budget to way under what he estimated the job would cost. I could not proceed. People with deep pockets will appreciate his knowledge of the flora and design as I do, but on a school teacher's salary, he was just too expensive.
