At the outset, I was extremely impressed with Sondra’s knowledge and responsiveness. My husband was deployed overseas so I was on my own, although I never felt that way. She skillfully walked us through the entire home- buying process: finding the perfect home, setting up inspections and necessary services, negotiating a fair price, putting us in touch with a fantastic lender and facilitating a smooth closing. Even when we hit a few snags, her calm professionalism and reassuring manner put me at ease and made the process successful. We are so grateful for Sondra and Blackwell Realty. Their excellent customer service and attention to detail truly makes them the best real estate professionals I have ever worked with.

Sondra and Bo Blackwell excelled in all our expectations! With their knowledge, advice, professionalism, integrity, patience, grace and love they chauffeured us around for 3 months looking for the perfect home. Their energy for finding the perfect home for each individual family's needs are boundless! As a result we also bought another property as an investment, which they managed for us monthly. Buying and selling homes in the UK, Ireland and South Africa we never came across such professional and outstanding services and will highly recommend that you get to know these amazing people!!
