Darrell was prompt and accommodating to our need to accomplish the work before a holiday weekend. The results were spectacular. In the four years we have owned our home, the driveway and patio never looked so bright and clean. Excellent service.

Initially went well, job was done in two parts as agreed to because of some other yard work being done.
After Mr Mims did my driveway the problems surfaced. Mr Mims missed several areas on my driveway
including the joints between the concrete slabs, he also did not clean the street gutters or "apron" next to
to the street along the front of my property. I called Mr Mims and he said he would come back to see the
missed areas, he did not come back and I received a curt letter from him saying he did enough and would
not do any more. And He told me to go find another source to do my pressure washing. I engaged Mr Mims
after seeing he was trying to establish his business after leaving a teaching position thinking I could help

I would NOT hire Baywash or Mr Mims for any work, he will agree to the work and then give you his interpretation
of what you want done.

"I was hired to wash parts of [Member Name Removed]'s house and clean out gutters for $125 and driveway and patio for $125. During the washing of the house, [Member Name Removed] added several extras to the job which included a brick walkway and blowing off his roof, neither of which were negotiated ahead of time or charged for. My original estimate for was for cleaning the driveway only, not the aprons. During my over 20 years of washing concrete, I have never cleaned between the seams. Forcing water pressure between the seams of concrete could lead to future problems. [Member Name Removed] waited over two weeks to call with his concerns. I explained all of this to him when he called. His tone and demeanor were negative and condescending. He gave the opportunity to come "correct my work before he bad mouthed me all over town." After learning that a very reputable landscaping company also had a very negative experience with [Member Name Removed], I decided to cut ties with this customer. I always try my best to please my customers but it was clear that [Member Name Removed] could not be pleased. He is the first customer to ever receive a letter from me discontinuing service."

Mr. Mims responding quickly to my inquiry. He was courteous, professional and fully informed me of the cost, the procedures and what I could expect. He and his son were here on a Saturday afternoon and did a thorough exterior pressure washing of my house and driveway. Great for a spring clean up!
