Randy and Ashley could not have been more pleasant and enjoyable to work with.
I needed some name plates for a commemorative project I am working on. I called around at the usual places and found them to be less than acceptable. Prices were outrages and time lines also.
I called Bay Images and was pleasantly surprised that they could do everything I needed in a timely manner. Randy worked with me to pick out font size and script. I would have liked to have seen a sample of the different styles laid out together on one sheet/plate to get a better idea. They have three ways to engrave and each way has its own fonts / script. It did get a bit confusing. At any rate we settled on a plate size and shape (they make their own so sizing is flexible) and the fonts to be used. Pricing was great... surprised me to say the least.
Looking around the shop there were a lot of examples of their trophy work and they all looked professional. I came away with the impression that any work along this line could be completed to your satisfaction.
The plates were completed as promised and the quality was better than expected.
