They came out immediately and repaired the screen and replaced the door closer in a minimun of time and very professionally.....When I inquired about an invoice the owners son said."Dad warranties his work for two years, there is no bill".........I have finally found a company that is proud of their work and stands behind it, unlike most of the jacklegs that you have to hire today. Can't recommend Backyard Paradise highly enough.

Called Brad to enquire about enclosing pool to keep out leaves and bugs....He came by very quickly and gave me a very detailed description of what he recommended be done to get more enjoyment and use of the pool area and the specifications of the structure in relations to strength and vunerablility during storms. I was very impressed with his knowledge and experience and decided to hire him over other vendors. My decision was the right one as he and his crew were very professional. The crew didn't even have music blaring as most subs do but wore ear buds while working and were very polite, professional and enjoyable to be around. The work went quickly and smoothly with a minimum of mess and upon completion, the work area was cleaned up. The finished product is perfect and exactly what was described. I know that we will enjoy our pool area much more now that Backyard Paradise has enclosed it.

They were wonderful! They called me within a few hours after I requested a quote and the job was completed 2 days later. Very personable, professional, and excellent quality work.

Started project in July 2014 with estimated completion date of August 4th 2014 (per contract). It is 2/10/2015 and project still not complete. The quality of work is definitely below standard. 75 percent of the times the owner said they were going to show up for work did not happen. The owner will return your call and make promises but will not follow thru. I would strongly advise against using this company. I have used many contractors in the past and never had an experience like this.
