Sunroom and Patio Service
i had a sun room added to my home. the sun room had a lifetime warranty after 4 years the roof leaked and one wall rotted out. i contacted val zanette the owner and they gave me an estimate to fix it. i paid $390.00 to replace the wall. the roof continued to leak and i had to hire roofers sever times to seal. 8 of 12 windows have fogged so bad there is practically no visibility. i contacted val and jack his agent to show pictures of the disaster. jack came to my home to see and agreed it was bad. factory direct weeks later gave an estimate of $2730.00 to replace the windows and $1100.00j to fix the roof.
