Very nice guy, but probably one of the biggest flakes I have ever met. Three months in and sprinkler refurb, for which I paid just under $600, is still unfinished. Does not communicate, never makes scheduled main day, has to be told each visit what/how to do. No follow through, no sense of what is correct. Fired him today, and still have to be sprinklers repaired! Oh yes, over 3 months since I asked for a quote on pressure-washing my house and repairing a stamped-concrete front walk, have reminded him every visit... still nothing! Would rate lower than a 1 if I could!

Mr. Torres and I had an agreement for him to start lawn work on April 2, 2018, it is now April 11 2018. I have not seen or received a call from Mr. Torres reference the work to be performed. This is totally unacceptable.

Very Personable and no Upsell asked what services I wanted and didn't try to sell me anything else. Booked me right away as well no wait for work to be done.

Prompt and courteous. Mr Torres is the owner of this small business and he prides himself in the quality of his work. We hired him initially to repair and install sprinklers in our backyard. We additionally hired him to install sod. He did a great job on both.

I had them do my whole spring clean-up which included bagging the grass cuttings, trimming 3 sets of hedges,removing tree branches ,a old swing and a wood pile. They were very efficient and polite. When they were finished everything was packed up and clean, well worth the reasonable price.

He is unreliable, did not tell me the truth on 3 occasions.
