Great!!! Job was supposed to last 6 days and they finished it in 3 days. They removed 3 old units and duct work. Came back and added vents where we had no cooling and replaced everything. I'm so happy for having David Caylor enter our house. Fantastic Company.

We were having problems with our air conditioning unit and they came out and fixed it. They also replaced all our air conditioning ducts underneath our house. They were excellent. I have recommended them to other people.

They are very good and I would recommend them to anybody. I have been using them for fourteen years. When my air conditioning was about to go out and it was going to be $2,200, he said he would give me a monthly payment plan.

They did a good job; the prices and parts were good. They did a limited amount of work but I give them all A's. I recommend them and will use them again in the future.

I am out of town and my wife called up because the a/c would not come on. Turns out it was a bad thermostat and they replaced it

Their service was fine.  My air-conditioner was still under warranty and when the guy came he said the part was still under warranty because it is a new air conditioner and I will be charged for the service call.  I was told it was $75, but when I got the bill it was over $400, because he said he had to put Freon in it.  He didn’t tell me that, and not a word.  When I called them and asked them how they can charge someone $325 more than they were told, he said he wasn’t authorized to tell me that.  I was not happy.  It must have been in 2010, it was getting hotter and the pump wasn’t blowing cold air.  The pump was breaking and then her response was what were you thinking, anybody who does air conditioning work would know that Freon would have to go in.  I said I am not the air-conditioner mechanic, how will I know that.  It was a late bill, it came literally after two days he did the work, but they made it look like it was a late bill  it showed late by  0-30 days, like I was 30days late on it.  I wrote them a check, I was not happy and I will not use them again. The technician was good, he was on time and he did the work quickly, but the customer service and the billing department attitude was not good.

They come every six month to service our heat pump. We have a contract with them. They don't charge you labor on emergency calls.I have never had to use it because they always are looking after it.  My experience has been all positive. I have tried everyone in the local area. They are honest, the do what they say they are going to do, and they don't over charge you.

Everything went as advertised, workmen were professional, neat and experienced.  Experienced no problems whatsoever.

They were very professional and came exactly when they said they would even though it was the busiest time of the year for them. Very good service.

I would use this provider again and recommend him. He was able to provide detailed information for us to make a decision on to which system to have installed. His workers always showed up on time and were very respectful and considerate of our desires. Both systems work as planned and we are very satisfied.
