FLORAL DELIGHTS

December 15th was my daughter, Carol's birthday. My Angie's List is based in the state where I live so I had no idea of any floral shops in Alabama. I just happened to select "Floral Delights" in Daleville, AL because they seemed to be familiar with Ft. Rucker. I placed a phone call at 334 598-1414 and the individual I spoke with, Myong, was helpful, patient and kind. I explained it was my daughter's birthday and I wanted to send her a nice bouquet of flowers in a vase to be delivered to her office at Ft. Rucker. Myong knew exactly where the office was and assured me she would make a nice selection and it would be delivered within the next 2 hours. Upon delivery of the flowers, Myong called me and confirmed the delivery was made. At the same time I received a call from my daughter who was totally confused when she received a lovely bouquet of flowers with a card attached: "Happy Birthday. Love, Mom." She thought it was from her future M.I.L. with whom she does not have a good relationship. I told her "No, you only have one "mom" and that is me. " Carol could not believe I sent her flowers. She thanked me and remarked how beautiful the flowers were; she knows that I am not one to spend money on flowers, inasmuch as they die in 3 days. This was a "first" for me (LOL). MI am happy to report that these flowers lasted over 2 weeks. I visited my daughter in Alabama for the holidays and the flowers were still alive and beautiful on Christmas Day! I have never, in my whole life, enjoyed a fresh bouquet of flowers for this long! It was well worth it to see my daughter being so happy and enjoying the flowers. They seemed to last forever!!!
