We had a great experience with Critter Sitters! They cared for our multitude of pets as if they were her own. She fed, played with and loved each one. When airline delays caused a change in our return date, the high quality care continued until I advised them I was home.
I was kept informed about how things were going and had detailed written notes of each visit on my return.
When we had our initial 'meet and greet', my pets took to Jeanne and Toomie right away. We were very happy with their service and recommend them! We will be using them again!

I've called Critter Sitters twice during the past few months (once on extremely short notice due to a last minute trip!). Both times, they've left detailed notes and spent time getting to know my animals. My dog is slow to warm up to new people - she loved Jeanne within minutes. Having someone trustworthy, who really loves animals, is so important - and I feel much better about leaving when I know my animal family will be taken care of.

These ladies went over and beyond their scope of sitters. The attention they gave my two fur babies were impeccable. We received daily notes on the interactions of the animals plus they did chores which were not asked. These ladies certainly do love their job and all their fur babies. I love sharing their business to all my friends.

They did everything that we wanted them to do.  When we returned home the cats were relaxed, lots of fresh food, boxes clean, no one even knew we went away!

They are great - and my animals (dogs) love them and look forward to see them! I feel completely comfortable knowing my babies are well taken care of!

I have security cameras through out the house, garage and back yard so I can watch my dogs and the water level of their constantly streaming water.
I can assure you, what they said they did, they really did!! I happened to be watching my dogs on camera from Callaway Gardens when they arrived one day......Jeanne and Tummie were amazing!!!!!!! The love these two ladies gave my puppies was wonderful!!
The day after I returned, Jeanne called me to make sure I was satisfied with their care. I doubt you'll find that kind of professionalism any place else.
It's not just a job to these women; it is a passion.

The girls at Critter Sitter are by far the best sitters we've ever had. They love their jobs and it shows. My dogs literally jump for joy when they see them!. I can leave for the day with a peace of mind. I have never had a better sitter before.

Very pleased. Jeanne loves your pets. My animals hate being boarded so I gave critter sitters a try. When I returned my pets were happy. I was actually home when she came for her last visit and all three of my pets were lined up at the door like their best friend was there to see them. The day I left one of my dogs cut his foot, under my care not hers. She rendered first aid to him. Then called to check up on him later. She left a detailed report of her actions and their actions. I highly recommend critter sitters.

Elli, my lovely wife, made the contact with Critter Sitter's Jeanne and Tummie through the Army Times on Ft. Rucker and met them at a festival in Dothan, where they made plans for a 'meet and greet' with the dogs and that other animal.
The puppies loved them immediately. The meeting went well and they were up front about how they would do their job and the cost. There were no surprises at all. (Except for the fantastic level of service) The dogs were well-behaved and Jeanne and Tummie did everything they promised and then some.
They didn't just run in, take care of business and leave; they spent some not small amount of time playing with the dogs in and out of the house. The dogs wanted for nothing.
We can't give a more shining recommendation about these two wonderful women and Critter Sitter. Elli and I highly recommend them for ALL your pet needs!

Jean made contact at my home. Took great notes on my specific animals care. Jean really seemed to care about my pets and showed a genuine love of animals. She was very professional.

The pets were very well cared for, fed properly and litter box cleaned, house was in very good order and mail stacked neatly on table. They were absolutely fantastic.

She does an excellent job - truly cares about Shannon! Very dependable! I have a B on price because it's a little high; however, it's a 1/2 hour drive and the cost covers gas. Well worth it.

She will come over to your house as many times as you like during the day/night and charges $10-$15 a visit. I had her come over three times a day so it was $30 a day. She will feed, water, walk, play with or whatever you would like, even pooper scoop the yard if needed! She leaves detailed notes on what she did each time she comes over with your pet (play, walked etc). I usually come home to 2 pages worth of stuff! She is very polite when first meeting your pet and knows how to approach a new pet for the first meeting which i was very impressed with (im an avid "Dog Whisperer" watcher). She even vacuums/cleans before you come home which i was really impressed with! Available almost every time ive called except for once when she was going out of town. I usually give about a weeks heads up.
