"First of all we couldn't find any invoices with the name [member name removed]. We did find a invoice with [other member name removed], dated March 15, 2004 for the amount of $9800.00. This was a USDA Federal grant funded project. The job was completed April 5, 2004 and inspected by USDA. A 12 month builder warranty was given. Under USDA builder warranty the customer contacts the contractor first. Contractor has 30 days to respond, If contractor fail to respond, then USDA will step in to resolve issued. Now M D ROSS CONSTRUCTION CO has been performing USDA grant projects for over 15 years, and we never had USDA step in to resolve a single issue. Also the dwelling we repair was built in 1958 not 1970. The work was completed 4-05-2004 not August 16, 2008. Also the description of work was remove and replace roof, repair 2 bathrooms, and re-do back porch to include handi-cap ramp. We don't understand why someone would wait over 9 years to complain."
