He got rid of all of the viruses and made the computer like new.  She had taken all of these pictures on her camera and somehow erased them all, but he was able to retrieve them all.  He charges $35/hour.  He tries to fix your computer remotely from his office and when he couldn’t fix the computer like that he didn’t charge us.  He is fast, he is reasonable, and he fixes the problems.  We are very satisfied with his work.  When you call, he usually responds within 15 minutes.
