The floor flooded due to their negligence. The national company paid to replace the floor. Randy Butler has actually threatened us in attempt to collect the payment. He sold us a package deal, but then told us we would have to pay for portions that included in the package. He lead us to believe that we were purchasing an all inclusive contract, but he added charges without our knowledge. The national office has been very helpful in correcting Randy's mistakes. The doors are still a problem and will not shut. They are not plumbed correctly. We hope to have this resolved within the next two weeks.
