It was great. He got out spots I thought would never come out. I knew the carpet was dirty but I couldn't believe how much they got out and how little stains where left if any. I would recommend them to everyone I know.

He is always very courteous and respectful. Always makes sure you are satisfied with the job he has done. Works around schedules to make things convenient for his customers. We have always been satisfied with his work and will continue to use him in the future.
