Craig Smith

Terrible! Craig lied constantly about everything including his amount of experience. He demanded half of the cost up front and then put us off every time he was supposed to install the vanity. He was going to charge us $2400 for a 7 ft vanity and then built it in 3 sections. He installed the drawer fronts and doors crooked and the whole cabinet isn't square so the doors and drawer fronts won't line up straight. He lied in the beginning about it taking a couple of weeks to build it and 4 months later it's finally finished because I hired another cabinet maker to finish the job! He constantly told us that he works with a local reputable cabinet maker and when I went to the cabinet maker he said he had never worked with Craig. That was when I decided to fire Craig because my wife and I had had enough of the lies and terrible quality of the work he'd done. I paid him $2k up front and for half the price of the vanity and another cabinet that was to be built for the laundry room. When he finally installed part of the vanity and still hadn't built the laundry room cabinet after 4 months, I told him that I wanted some of my money back and would get someone else to finish the job, he would only give me $400. Which left me paying $1600 for a terribly built partial vanity
