Contacted Mrs. Baughman on Friday following Thanksgiving. Said that it would be OK if we dropped off the appliance at their shop, they would check it out. Mr. Baughman phoned on Monday and said that the washer was working. He advised that both the motor and transmission had frozen due to the fact that the washer had been in storage for approx 3 years. He freed both with a grand charge of $15. The Baughmans are the best folks that I have done business with in the last 4 decades. Prompt, forthright, and honest. Would not consider using anyone else in this area for appliance service. A+++
