While the work was performed well, they urged use to replace our sewer pipes immediately, as their camera had revealed two holes. This work would cost upward of $5,000. We were uncomfortable with that amount as well as their sense of urgency and asked another company to come in for a second opinion. Their analysis revealed that the pipes would not need to be replaced now and would just need to be monitored for future roots & problems. Their estimate for the whole job was $2,000 max.

Job was done in a timely manner and was only moderately well done. Very minimal attempt at leveling soil after work was completed. A considerable amount of old broken pipe and large rocks were left embedded in topsoil at end of job. Pricing was very dicey. Original pre-work estimate of $4000 went by the wayside when water supply line was found to be so close to drain line that it would require replacement also. Reworked estimate as work was in progress was around $8000, and was replaced by the final bill at end of work of $9800.
