This experience started off okay. It took two days to complete cleaning my gutters, down spouts and installing gutter guards. On the second day I paid via PayPal and used the email I was provided in email. After payment went through I was contacted and informed that they gave me the incorrect email for payment. The profile was for the contractors wife and I sent her confirmation that she received it. They wanted me to request a refund and pay them another way. I felt very uncomfortable at this point and asked were the attempting to scam me and she backed off. The contractor contacted me later that evening requesting that I pay by check because he would have to wait two weeks for PayPal to release the funds and he needed to pay his help. I let him know that I have paid for the service and sent him a screenshot and I would not be sending any additional funds. The next day the contractor sent me a text stating that he had to sale his wife to get the $500 to pay his help and he daughter no longer has a mother and he hopes I enjoy my gutter guards. This experience was so unprofessional and my down spouts were not clean. I will never use this company again.

This is a quality company. I am extremely pleased with how responsive they were my emergency promplem. They helped me out immediately and I am thankful for the help they provided.
