I waited for this contractor to become available for almost two months.  I did so because of the great work they had done for me and my brother in the past.  Apparently, ceramic tile showers are not their strong suit.  

The shower is functional, and probably free of problem to the average person, but there are still quality problems that I will recognize as long as I use the shower.  For example, the tile floor is not consistently sloped to the drain; the shower door was hung sloppily and does not close on its own anymore; the gaps for the grout were supposed to be 1/8 inch, but to mask the uneven lines a grout line of 1/4 to 3/8 of an inch was applied; the marble shelves have no slope so they collect water.  These are just some of the issues that remain.  Many others were encountered along the way that I had them correct.

I had a very high opinion of this contractor, but after this experience I will probably not use them again.  I thought I'd found someone I could pay a reasonable premium for, and get what I paid for.  Very disappointed.

Extremely pleased with the work ethic and pride these guys take in their work.  They were sub contractors for a door & window retailer that had to make good on some previously errant work.  The door & window retailer was nickle and diming this sub contractor and I, but these guys didn't let it change the quality job they do maintain their good name.
