The quality of service was great! It took them a couple days, they kept putting me off, but they finally got here. I would just be careful to make sure that the price was understood beforehand. Just one person came out. It took a part of one day and then a half of the next day, so I would say approximately 6 hours. That?s 2 hours in one day and 4 hours the next day. They sent one technician out and then troubleshooting it after they delayed a couple days. They trouble shot it and by the time they got here to troubleshoot on a Friday, they had to fix it on a Saturday.

Had I?d known they were going to be that delayed, then I would have a problem and we would?ve gotten somebody else. After they got here and did the job, they did a good actual job. They cleaned up, it was a professional clean up. Customer service stood out, cause they are real attentive to the customer and gave a lot of options as to what you can or can?t do and what the cost is.

Very professional, helpful, and affordable. I am replacing both of my units now for not that much more than I would have paid (to ONLY replace my first floor unit) if I had went with one of the other companies that quoted me. Thankful that I called Carden. Now I can have peace of mind that both units are brand new instead of spending a ton to replace one, and then worry when the next one will go out.

He's excellent and he's been doing it all of his life. What I really liked was he came here, he checked it out, and it was determined it was the motor. So he called his office, they found the motor, and then they quoted the price to me right there. I agreed with the price and so, he went and got the motor, came back, and installed it, now that's quick service.

I called AUX first and before anyone would come to my home I had to sign a credit card authorization form. So when the tech arrived at my home out to my home and told me my unit needed a new compressor and relay and it would cost me $2,250 or I could by a new unit for $8,200 because soon my unit would be obsolete.

I then called Carden Heating and Cooling for a second quote. Who came out with no fuss They fixed my unit no for $475 and said that there was nothing wrong with my compressor! I was very ahappy and so glad I got a second qoute! I was very happy overall with Carden Heating and Cooling and would suggenst them anytime

He came out and gave my husband the estimate. He was very professional. He gave me his thoughts and ideas. He had a very good rapport with my husband. My husband thought he was going to use him as he got a good feeling. Somewhere I read, which said whatever he quoted he does. He lives very local. His pricing was reasonable. He did an excellent work. I didn't pay him until that portion of the work was complete. He will come back again to finish the rest of the work after we have the dry walls and everything else is done. He was on time, courteous and professional. He had young men who worked for him who were professional and courteous. They did great work and cleaned up. I offered them drink and they refused politely. They were very easy to work with.

AC unit was not cooling and I called late in the afternoon really after normal business hours and he came out right away, something I am not used to with these types of services, he assessed the situation quickly and had the parts on the truck to make the repair and the unit was back running within an hour of placing the call. Considering that it was close to one hundred degrees outside I would have paid way more to get it running but the price was fair and the servise was great.
I was referred to this person by anotherfriend who also had a life saving event where this gentleman came out after hours on a weekend to make the repair. I am not sure if this is his usual way of doing business but I hope others will use him and help grow his business cause we really need more like him. Maybe other vendors will take note and catch onto his ways.

I liked their price because it was about a $1000 cheaper than the last estimate that I'd got. They were just tremendously friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us. They got the job done quickly and they were clean. They were just in and out with minimal time and I loved it. I will absolutely use their services again in the future.
