 + -1 moreIt was an excellent service. They seemed knowledgeable and they explained what happened to my computer. They were honest to tell me that the repair would be expensive. They could have taken advantage of me but they let me know of a cheaper way out instead. They didn't charge me anything for this service. They also sell used and refurbished computers and their prices on these items were good. They were able to assist me immediately.
