He came out for an estimate on Tuesday (3 days before Christmas).  He and his crew installed the unit the next day, even though it was stormy.  They brought a canopy to work under.  Very friendly, professional and honest.  I was surprised to get a new unit installed that quickly during the week of Christmas.

I called for information, and they came the next day and installed new unit in about four hours; explained warrant cleaned up and everybody has been comfortable since the left. Robin said to call him any time with any issue but there hasn't been a need. Highly recomended professionals.
