I had called Mr. Hawthorne to look at a section of my roof that had been leaking. After inspecting it, he informed me that the entire section of roof had been installed incorrectly, and that it needed to be replaced. His estimate was 1500.00.
He performed the service and the roof seemed fine for several months, but only because we did not have any hard rains. Once we did, the roof began to leak, BADLY, in several different places.
I had difficulty getting back in touch with Mr. Hawthorne, but when I finally did, he came out and assessed the roof, advising me that he thought the only fix to to add gutters. He did this, and I am waiting on a heavy rain to see if the roof is fixed.
