Roger came out on New Year's Day to help fix the pipe.  He did a fantastic job and was very reasonable.  He covered all the furniture and told us that we might want to go somewhere else if we could because it would be dusty when he was doing the work.  He called us when he was about halfway through the work to have us come look at the broken pipe if we wanted, so my husband went and took a look at it.  He fixed the pipe, refilled what he had had to take out and told us he could re-lay the tile but he was not a tile man.  I told him it was fine because I would be having it retiled anyway.  He cleaned everything up after he was done.  Highly recommended.
