If I am at work I leave the door open and He fixes whatever needs fixing and lock the door whe He leaves, He is always there when He says He will be and, I think, charges fairly. If He feels it would cost more to fix then it's worth He will tell you. He has fixed a wahing machine (new pump)a dryer (new seal) and a new temperature control on my refrigerator. He is always on time and tells me what ie will cost before He does the work.
