I first hired Outdoor Construction Services to install a 70ft x 12ft driveway at my home. I was extremely impressed by the professionalism of this company. They were on time everyday, courteous to our needs at home while they worked, and delivered exactly what they promised. I have since hired them for other excavation/driveway jobs and they continue to deliver each and every time. I highly recommend this company for your needs. You can rely on their expertise and their work. I will continue to use them in the future.

Removed 80 ft. retaining wall & replaced with core filled Geo Stone. Removed old driveway. Evacuated steep slope section, widened drive, installed compacted stone base, poured new drive. Mr. Norwood was very responsive. Returned calls promptly, understood our needs. He and his crew arrived when scheduled, knew what they were doing, had needed equipment, and worked very had. We're very pleased with the results--it looks great! Highly recommended.

Tripp and his crew did an excellent job of installing a circular drive and replacing a large portion of the existing driveway to our basement. The job was started on Monday, poured on Tuesday, and cleaned up on Wednesday. They worked until after dark with the aid of lights they furnished. We are very pleased with the quality of their work and their expertise. We highly recommend Tripp and his crew!!!

They arrived on time, worked hard, finished when they said they would, cleaned up after themselves and the workmen were respectful. Although the job was quickly done (10 days) I never got the feeling they were rushing . The work was high quality and well planned. And the boss even complied with a couple of special requests I came up with as the project proceeded..The results greatly exceeded our expectations.

I would consider myself someone with a lot of home renovation experience. I have renovated more than a dozen homes in the last 10 years for private and resale. I have tons of experience, good and bad with contractors domestic and international. The first good sign of a contractor is one that answers his phone or at least calls you back promptly. Tripp passed this test with flying colors. He was also honest with me that he was very busy but he would get to my house for an estimate very soon. He came the very next day, well dressed and on time. He gave me a precise quote and I knew I was in good hands. He also let me know that he could work with any schedule I needed. He only cancelled a few days before with concerns over weather and how that would affect the quality of the concrete. he could have easily done it anyway and I would have been left with an inferior quality of work and potentially been damaged from Trick or Treaters. Thank goodness he made that decision because we had a monsoon for three days. All the while he continued communication with me. The next week, under his personal supervision, his men busted up my broken driveway and sunken in sewer meter access at the street. The driveway had also dropped a good 6 inches on one side. The work was finished flawlessly without any inconvenience to me or my neighbors within a couple days. I was back using my new driveway in no time. The only problem now is that I wish I had just had him do the entire thing after seeing how good his work looks.
