Not well, 17 month punch list had to hire a lawyer and file complaints with remodelers association to make him finish the job.

"Filed 10/22/2010. This complaint was apparently filed prior to the mediation process of the Greater Birmingham Master Builder/Master Remodeler program, and did not get removed upon successful mediation. No lawyers or court case was involved for either party. We will investigate and respond soon, now that we realize this very passionate complaint is here on Angie's List. Please note that we have an A+ rating with the BBB!"
