It went very well. I was most pleased with all that was done. They are a VERY reliable company. Probably the best in Shelby and south Jefferson county area. I have just recommednded them to a co-worker. What impressed me the most was how they stayed to make sure that everything was done and no problems were going to occurr after leaving. Actually, I was quite shocked at the low price considering I called them on an emergency basis. The price was excellent for what they did.

I will not use this company again.

Called the plumber and it was not anything urgent, but since they had someone from their company in the area they called and said that they could be at my house within the hour, so I said to come on over.

We got a list from Alagasco the local Natural Gas Provider. This firm was certified and close by. We called to schedule appt. This is the owners own business. He answers phone and made an appt for 48 hours from our call. He came on time, was friendly, knowledgeable and installed our natural gas grill without a problem. He told us if there are any issues at all he will come back free of charge and fix.

They were fabulous to work with. They cleaned up after themselves, did the work in a timely manner. My yard and plants look excellent where the sewer repair was made.
They were very reasonably priced compared to all the other estimates we had. They were not necessarily the cheapest but they seemed to be the most honest and explained the troubles we were having in a way that was very understanding and comforting.
They even got us a $200.00 rebate on the water heater through Alagasco that we were not expecting.
Overall...you can't beat them. They are the absolute best service company I've ever done business with. I just wish they could do everything...He also didn't mind recommending other company's that he trusts.

Prompt and professional service. Did the job pleasantly and perfectly. Explained what was going on so that I understood what they did and what I paid for. I wish price had been a bit lower, but understand that house calls are more costly these days.

It went well, I was a little worried as we were transitioning from gas logs to ventless and I'd guess the fireplace gas line dated back to the 1970's. He observed what the situation was and went to work and installed them. He took the time to fine tune it in function and looks with the pebbles, etc. He also took the time to explain operation and answered questions.

They were very polite and helpful. They were very responsive as well. They did a good job even though they came twice until the problem was resolved.

I had shutt off the water to do a minor repair and when I went to turn the water back on the valve was broken. I looked on Angie's list for a plumber In my area. I called Midsouth at 1:10pm to see if they had anyone working (it was Black Friday)and Greg told me he would get someone to come out today. His rep came out and was at my houe at 1:50pm. By 2:30 he had replaced the valve and my water was working. His rep also spent time to try to catch any water or debris during the repair and made sure he cleaned up after the repair. How much better can you get!.I recommend them for prompt, professional service.

Greg was prompt in returning calls and scheduling appointments. He also serviced my front door without any charge and he recommended a chimney sweep.

OK we were bailing water out of the pan under the water heater... and bailing... and bailing.... and it kept filling up. Finally turned off the water source to the whole house and it stopped, but of course being without water is not so good. I called to leave an answering machine message at midnight, and someone answered!! Diagnosed the problem, came the next morning, fixed it. Impressive!

On July 4, 2011, I called and left a voice message. Since it was a holiday, I asked that the company call me the next day. The following morning, I received a phone call from the com pany at 7:30 a.m. A service man was scheduled for 8:30-9:00 a.m. today. At 9:00 a.m. the plumber arrived. He verified the price I had been quoted earlier over the phone. He completed the work for the amount quoted.

Very pleased, would use them again.

Call Greg on Wednesday and he was able to squeeze me in for the next day. The technician was good and explained everything well - he cleaned up my boxes at the end too.

Their service was very reasonable, and they were very friendly and polite. They also did a good job cleaning up the mess when finished. The plumbers did a great job and the toilet does not leak any more.

We have a newer home but we thought is was time to have the fireplaces serviced. The technician found a small leak in the one that we would of not known about. It was fixed in less than an hour. We were shocked at how affordable it was. They are just very nice, when you call they come the next day as scheduled. We will use them again to be safe with the gas.
