Stephen and his son showed up on time and were very nice. They first cleaned the upholstery and then the carpet. A protectant was applied to the carpet. Everything looked great when they left.

He moved all furniture before vacuuming, shampooing and re-vacuuming, except for beds and dressers. He even re polished our hallway hardwood floors that became soiled during the cleaning process. Totally recommend. I will definitely use again.

This is the second time in two years that I have used Heaven's Best carpet cleaning service. I typically have my carpets cleaned once a year in the Fall. I cannot say enough positive things about Heaven's Best and the owner, Stephen Mobley. He is so thorough and does not cut corners. I've used other carpet cleaning services who promise "dry in 1 hour" and three days later I'm still finding damp areas in the carpet. Not so with Heaven's Best. My carpets look great and they stay cleaner for months. I am very happy with the service provided by Heaven's Best!

The technician was extremely polite. He took extra time working on some of the bad spots and stains. I have dogs and they just loved him. He was totally respectful of my home, my family and my pets. My carpets look great and they smell great. I'm definitely calling them again.
