I called and told him what was going on and he said he would be out to my house that afternoon.  He arrived at 3:30pm,  He came to the door and introduced himself to me.  I showed him where the bathroom was and he began to see what was going on with the sewer problem.  He told me that he would have to bring in a drain cleaning machine but that it would not make a mess throughout the house and hopefully not even the bathroom.  He started with the machine until he reached the problem of what had it stopped up and proceeded to unstop it.  After getting that done he replaced the broken handle on the commode. He was very nice and polite.  I would recommend him and I will call him again.
