Mr. Morgan was very helpful for the first 80% of the project, and his price was very reasonable. We had great communication, and his workmanship was acceptable for popcorn ceiling removal. Unfortunately, he had a family medical emergency that caused him to put the project on hold. At first, he was communicating very well, but now that months have passed, he has stopped all communication and will not respond even though we paid him to do the work. We are happy with the work he completed, but it has been 9 months since he started this project, which he said would take 2 weeks.

He took my money and stopped communicating. I had worked with him before so I gave it to him a head. I have since investigated and seen that this has been a continuously intermittent problem. I know that his wife has health problems and they have had fnancial issues. He has now contacted me a year and a half later to apologize but with no thought to fix it. I had to ask what he was going to do to rectify it. He did say he would get me the money but would be a week. I agreed but two weeks later still nothing.

"I was contacted by a lady that said she had a soft spot in her camper floor I agreed to come give her a estimate I met with her and gave her a estimate for $175 she said she would let me know I never did hear from her so I assume somebody else must be doing the job I did not get a $175 for doing this job because I haven't done it a year and a half later she left a review on Angie's List saying that I took her money and I did not do the job that's the first time I've heard from her since I give her the estimate to do her job I don't know why she lied and said those things about me because they're not true if you look at my Angie's List reviews you can see that I do quality work but I didn't do her work I don't know if she got me mixed up with somebody else but I do not appreciate being slandered she give me a review on Angie's List but if you look at the bottom where it says work completed it said yes but I didn't do it again I don't know why somebody would tell lies on a person but I'll tell her to have a blessed day"

Excellent work! Very professional. The ceiling water damage bled through after repair. Mr. Morgan came back to the house and re-worked the ceiling for no extra charge. He repaired a hole in garage ceiling sheetrock, and now you cannot tell there was a repair. Great work and would highly recommend.

I tore my rotator cuff so I was unable to finish a repair I had started. Mr. Morgan came quickly, assed the needs and finished the repair and painted the area to match the existing wall. You can’t even tell a repair was made. Absolutely spectacular work, and he left the area cleaner then he found it.

David showed up on scheduled time to provide detailed estimate (in writing) including materials. He was able to work within a few days of project turn on. David arrived on scheduled time and went over the contract to make sure the work estimated was what was being planned. He prepared the room for popcorn removal by placing plastic on all the floors and walls. He cleaned up after himself each day. He worked by himself. He was friendly and courteous. He was nice to my barking dogs. He communicated effectively when he was running late (e.g. when he had a flat tire). He used quality paint and materials. He is skilled at his job (over 35 years in the business). He is a veteran. He is conscientious and pays attention to detail. He provided me with ideas on the rest of my project (installing faux beams). He did a terrific job on my house. He made sure I was happy with the job overall. He provided me the leftover paint.
