If you need repairs like this in your home, this is the man to call. He returned my call the same day, came out the next morning for an estimate and was very punctual each day. He was very professional and neatly dressed as well. When he did the estimate, I asked about my daughter's fish tank. He said he used a sander with a vacuum so there would not be too much dust for them, but he laid down drop cloths over everything, including her bed and her tank. I was utterly amazed after he was done the first day, by him asking if he could use my vacuum cleaner! He had cleaned up already with his wet/dry vac, but after he picked up the drop cloths, he vacuumed her carpet! Not just that day, but each time! I have never had anyone do that before when working in my home. He quoted a price of $130, and at the end of the job, I felt he had done such excellent work, that I asked him if had taken him longer than he thought it might, and he said "No, the price we agreed on is fine. Just tell your friends." So I am here to do so. He also asked if wanted some of the mud so if it needed a little touch up, I could do it. He put some into a baggie, and gave me one of his sanding blocks, in case it needed it. His card reads "Commercial and Residential Improvement" so I am not sure what other services he offers, but if I need any other work done in my home, he is going to be my first call. As a side note, the workers doing my AC install said that anyone I called for that repair was probably going to be $500 at least, and they offered to do it "on the side". I was quite pleased that it was not any where near that price, of course.
Description of Work: Repaired drywall in ceiling, after I stepped through the attic. He was referred to me by the company replacing the heating unit in my attic. He cut out the broken drywall, replaced with new, put up a block between the joists in the attic to hold the new pieces in place. Came out on three different days to complete the work, as the mud needed to dry in between coats.
