I would rate zero if I could. I initially hired Eddy but he was at the time of my project working for Phillip Bone the owner of Simply Concrete. We agreed before I gave the 1/2 down check to put a drain in. After the check was cashed they changed the plan. Phillip dug by ground down too deep, a hard rain came and they was a pool in my back yard. I asked to meet before the concrete was poured and at that time Phillip the owner yelled and cursed at me. Told me all money was not good money and quit the job. He said he had not cashed the check and return my money and has yet to do so. I had to file a police report in which I learned he already has a few fraud charges. DO NOT use this company!!!!
