Great! Could not have been more pleased. He was prompt, thorough, took time to explain things to me, saying which needed correction prior to purchase, which would be nice to have fixed at some point. Though the house was just one year old and had pased another inspection, he found significant things that had never been done correctly, such as heat strips in the heat pump that had never been plugged in, a missing support in the attic, etc. We had the written report, complete with pictures, the next morning. He was willing to talk with me later about questions or problems I had!
