I was very pleased with the work. Doris & Bob Ricelli are the nicest couple. I will call them again when I need work done. I would recommend them to anybody needing landscaping done.

The price was reasonable for what they did and they did it in one day and they were gone. They were always prompt. When we called them and made an appointment, they were there on time and they came and looked at what we needed done and gave us a quote and the quote was exactly what we paid. They crawl the work they do to professionalism and the attention to detail in doing what we ask them to do. I would recommend them to anybody. They are on top of Angie’s List in Huntsville and they do a great job. They are professional and they clean up after themselves. There’s nothing to do.

They were very helpful with ideas on what shrubs to use, placement and how to take care of them as well. They shopped around to get the exact shrubs I wanted at a good price. They prepared the beds for planting, making sure no old mulch, dirt or supplies were placed on the sidewalk or lawn without a protective cover. They were always on time and completed the job in a short period of time. Bob and Doris were very friendly and always professional as well as their employees. Would I recommend them to someone else or have them do more work for me----DEFINITELY!

Bob & Doris set an appointment with me – 2 wks prior, called the night before to confirm, and arrived promptly the next morning as scheduled they turned my weed – ridden flower beds into beds of beauty. I have used their services before several times & always been pleased. They are hard-working, dependable, and consistently through in complete any job I have given them to meet or exceed my desires. They always clean up afterwards & leave my landscaped areas in beautiful condition.

Mr. Rocelli used round up to kill off weeds and especially English ivy that had over taken the floor beds. He returned after the round up had done its job and tiled up the beds and replanted with chosen flowers. He also planted shrubs in various locations.

We decided to have Creative Gardening give us a quote for some bed clean up and landscaping after reading their great reviews on Angie’s List. We were planning to get quotes from a few other landscapers as well but ended up being so happy with the responsiveness and quote from Creative Gardening that we didn’t bother. The work included removing two trees, trimming several trees, removing stumps and preparing beds for planting, planting bushes and shrubs, and mulching the beds. Bob and Dee were a joy to work with throughout the entire process. They were extremely responsive (text, email, or phone calls), listened carefully to what we wanted, suggested things when we asked for their advice, and got the work done quickly. When small miscommunications occurred, they quickly addressed the issue and were nothing but professional. We are thrilled with the results and will absolutely be using their services again if we ever have future landscaping needs.

It went great! They did exactly what we had agreed upon. They were polite and prompt and did a beautiful job. Would definitely use them again. Also, I made a mistake when reading their estimate and overpaid them by a lot. I would have never realized that an error had been made if they hadn't called me and told me I had overpaid. These are honest people! Highly recommend.

How’d it go? Wonderfully; it always does! We have used Creative Gardening for several years both spring and fall, and sometimes in-between for routine garden maintenance, problems in need of a solution, or projects we are considering. Bob is professional, responsive, and punctual. He and his wife, Dee run a Class A business and they are a pleasure to work with. It always begins with an e-mail or a call asking for help. Bob quickly responds and we tell him what work we need done. We schedule a time for him to come and review the situation. We discuss options, he makes suggestions, most of which we are in agreement, and gives us a ballpark figure as to cost. Soon we receive a written estimate for review, and we schedule the work. He is there when he says he will be and he accomplishes what he sets out to do, skillfully with a keen eye toward the attractiveness of the final results. Our garden, spring, summer, and fall always looks its best…even in winter too.

Bob helped with ideas to remove some weedy, overgrown areas, and had his guys dig beds that would hold river rock, to replace the scraggly edging, and mulch/pea gravel (that always drifed out of bounds) that the previous owner had tried in their landscape attempts. We were very pleased with the work, the trade of ideas, the timeliness and thoroughness of the work. We also appreciated their willingness to work with us incrementally. We now have a "clean slate" and would certainly call them again when "the next step" comes into focus.
We expect to be moving in a couple years, and anticipate more adjustments to the "curb appeal" to be done along the way to being ready to list and sell the property. I expect that we will need their help again.

I had bought several large plants on sale, but could not do the labor myself. Bob and his group offered advice on where to put them, future landscape planning and installed each one. His team was professional and got the job done in a timely manner. I will definitely use them again for my next phase of planting.

Bob was very responsive in coming over to estimate the job. He called later that afternoon with the estimate. We accepted the price and he began the next day. The crew did a beautiful job manicuring the shrubs and trees as we discussed. They did a fantastic clean up job and hauled everything away. This the second time we used Creative Gardening and we highly recommend them. Bob and Dee are very professional and have a great crew. Its nice to find a contractor with integrity and is honest. Bob has a lot of landscaping knowledge and offers good pointers.

I met with Bob to discuss totally replacing my 12 year old landscaping. He listened very closely to what I wanted and then spent a lot of time developing a design and incorporating appropriate plants for the areas they were to be placed as well as suggesting options. He provided very high quality plants and his innate artistic design of plant size, color, texture and placement resulted in a beautiful new look to our home.
Cannot say enough about Doris and Bob...they provide outstanding customer service, strong knowledge of landscape design and plants and high quality work. The finished product far exceeded my expectations.
