Creative Gardening

Bob and the young men who work with him provide impeccable service. Their work is of the highest quality, and it would satisfy even the most stringent perfectionist. My neglected flower beds were disreputable-looking with all the weeds in them, and Bob both removed all trace of weeds, as well as planted a pleasing array and configuration of flowers & plants. My flower beds are now beautiful! Bob genuinely cared about meeting and exceeding my requests. He carefully cut down a small tree, as well as some very tall tree branches protruding from my neighbor's tree, plus the tall branches of crape myrtles and privets touching my roof. He always called the night before he came to my house to advise an accurate time of arrival. Clean-up after work was completed left my lawn in pristine condition. Bob discusses the bill, which he itemizes, and he is careful not to add on & bill for additional services which have not been requested. However, when I wanted to add some additional items, Bob was able to do the extra work during the same visit. His pricing is fair, reflecting good value for services provided. Bob is honest, hard-working, personable, dependable, and a delight to deal with. I could not be more pleased with the outcome of the extensive work he did........a rave review is definitely in order!

Our experience with Creative Gardening was outstanding!  Bob and his helpers were hardworking, honest, professional, and helpful in many ways.  His knowledge of plants, soil, required space, and sun exposure kept us from picking the wrong plants and his sense of design gave us landscaping that we truly think is beautiful. The only negative during the entire experience was that the Huntsville early springtime weather did not easily cooperate. We are certainly glad that we went with a Master Gardener instead of someone with less knowledge and we will definitely call on him in the future. We would recommend Creative Gardening to anyone who wants the best results in their landscape projects.

Two people came to complete the work and it took them about a day. They left the area clean and took everything away. They give you price, sent picture and they are insured. I would tell friends and family they do a good job, give you an estimate and stick to it. They even saved me some money.

I made contact via a phone call a little over a week ago. The same day, Bob returned my phone call and made an appt. to come look at our garden bed. He arrived on time and said he would e-mail soon with a quote. Within a day or two we received an e-mail with the quote and a clear message of when work would commence. (We had just had several weeks of rain and because of that, we expected to wait a few weeks until they were able to do our job). Happily, they were able to fit us in the following week and completed the job in the same day. The area need a thorough weeding, a shrub was planted, shrubs and trees needed trimming, an herbicide was applied and a very generous layer of mulch put down. They cleaned up well and communicated well throughout the process. I would not hesitate to call on them again. Very professional and pleasant to work with. Thank you for a GREAT job!

Bob came out the same day I called to do an estimate. They came out not even a week later to do the job. They were on time, polite and nice to be around. They did a great job.

hout, I contact several companies and it was almost like they were doing me a favor by bidding on the job. I saw Bob doing a job around the corner and talked to him for a few min and told him what I was looking for. He said he would come over and look at it, The next day I spoke with the owner of the home where he was working and asked them if they were happy with his work. THey told me that they were more than happy and that he had done an excellant job for them. A few days later Bob called and said he would like to come over and look at what we wanted done. He spoke with confidence and I knew that he knew what he was talking about. He took a look and told me he would get back with me the next day. He did just that and gave me an estimate and my only response was....SOLD!!! He said he would start the Job Friday morning. You know contractors, so when he showed up at 7:30 in the morning I was impressed as that in itself is rare anymore. Bob and his cred started working and Bob told me he picked out some ties for me. When the delivery truck pulled up and dropped of the Railroad Ties I was impressed. None of them split or damaged or anything else upi could blame on the dealer. They were in good shape. He did a great job far byond what I expected. He even cut a notch out of the Railroad Tie to put the gutter through so the water did not flow into the planters and flood it out. I bought the plants and he knew how far to space them and how big they would get.. I erally onlh had one concern about the job, and Bob said we will take care of that and do not worry.
When all was said and done the work he had done was far superior to what I expected. Not only would I have him fo more work for me, he will be here tomorrow to give me an estimate for the back yard. Dont tell Bob, but I am not even going to waste my time calling anyone else for an estimate, I know it will be Creative Gardening.
To sum it up I would disceibe the company as RELIABLE, HONEST, ETHICAL, and DETAIL ORIENTED TO DO IT RIGHT.

This is truly a professional company in every respect. From my initial contact to project completion I couldn't have been more satisfied. Bob, the company owner, and the two young men working with him each knew his role in executing the plan. They worked together efficiently with no down time or confusion. The whole crew was friendly and welcomed my suggestions. This service just could not have been better.



My shrubs, bushes, and beds had not had proper trimming/cleaning in almost three years. As one might imagine our yard looked neglected - which it was. When Creative Gardening finished this afternoon my yard was perfect!!! The beds never looked better. I will certainly use their service again in the future.

A truly outstanding company.

Creative Gardening was recommended to me by the landscape designer I used to draw landscape plans for our front and back yard. Once I contacted Bob he came out promptly to prepare an estimate. We were not sure we would be able to afford to do both the front and back yard so Bob broke the estimated down for us by area. The estimate was very thorough, which we really appreciated, and we decided to proceed with the entire yard. Bob located and and had all the plants and supplies delivered, including 1.5 tons of natural stone for the pathway. On the agreed upon date Bob and his crew showed up and began working just as promised. Crew was very nice and professional. It took almost 3 full work days to get it all done but it was a huge job! Our yard is so beautiful we now want to spend all of our free time outside! All the beds are mulched and neatly edged, the trees, shrubs and plants are all thriving, and we couldn't be any happier! When they finished the yard was all clean and neat. Bob takes a lot of pride in his work and he was a pleasure to do business with. I would not hesitate to recommend Creative Gardening to anyone and will certainly use them again in the future!
