 + 9 moreMr. McKinney provided excuse after excuse, ultimately never showing up to do the work, nor providing any materials I paid for. He stopped responding and I am currently using legal resources to get my refund. Do not use this person.
Description of Work: Mr. McKinney scheduled time to come to my house to take measurements for a metal enclosure I want to build outside. He worked up the estimate for materials and labor, I agreed, wrote a contract which we both signed, and paid him in advance for the material. I would pay labor upon completion.
