He said that my insurance wouldn't pay for it. But they were supposed to. Somewhere, there was some miscommunication about the insurance paying for the job. He did a switch off where he went by his own paperwork instead of the insurance's paperwork. He was supposed to replace the vents on the roof but he didn't. When they put the linolium down, he didn't clean up the floor before he replaced it. Now, I can see where he left dirt, nails, and small pieces of carpet under the linolium. In my bedroom, you can see some pebbles that they didn't clean up before installing the linolium. In my bathroom, they left something that looks like a piece of a twig and some air pockets in the linolium. They pretty much didn't clean the floor at all after removing the carpet. When they took the screens off of my windows and they broke one and damaged another one. I keep calling him and he keeps saying that he'll be here to finish the job, but he never shows up.
