The valve wasn’t shut off tight in the hot water heater.  The brand new faucet is working fine.  He didn’t put down a pan to catch the dripping water.  It messed up my floor.  My floor is old and am getting tile put over it.  He should have put a pan underneath it.  I didn’t like that.  There is no problem with the commode.  He is always on time and prompt.  I am pleased with him.  If I am not pleased with the things that he puts in, he will take them back and put in something else for me.  He has his employees to cover their feet when they come in so that they won't track in dirt.  I pay what my company, American Home Shields say that I have to pay him for each visit.

He was very efficient and polite. His price was very reasonable and he was on time. I left a message on his voice mail and he called me right back. I would use him again in the future.

He did excellent work, he was very considerate, I had some bird houses from my mother who has been gone for six years, and he was very careful about moving it out of the way, and putting it in a different spot for me. I had a tree that was sitting out here in the parlor, I hadn’t decided where to plant it, and he planted my tree for me. He just did excellent work, but he was pricey, he was about $2000 or a little bit more, higher than anybody else around here, and the only reason maybe I used him was because it was a health crisis, but to me he is a little bit pricey. His punctuality was excellent, he was here that afternoon.
