Description of Work: i called the number of the closest a/c repair and the call was answered by the most wonderful voice! I told her that her answer floored me so that i couldn't speak for a few minutes. Most businesses i hate to see it but they are so abrupt and harrassed when they answer, they dont seem to recognize that there is (potentially) another human being on the other end of the phone.. this kind lady did and also she went out of her way to make sure the visit would be made the service man was honest, sincere and did some work expecting a major hiccup to come that he would come back when this happened, fortunately the situation corrected itself and i lucked out in that way. i'm just guestimating the date, as my internet connection was down and i have been having server down time more than up - so am reporting now, while it is working (BPL) sorry folks ~ do use these wonderful folks ! thanks ~
