Overall, the price was too high for the mess I ended up with.

Lightsey Construction did a wonderful job. They arrived about 8 am and had old roof completely removed, new roof, shingles and complete clean up by 2 pm the same afternoon. I have had roofs replaced in the past and was not looking forward to this one because of all the mess we had to clean up in the past after the roof was complete. Not this time though, they did not even leave the first roofing nail. It was a wonderful experience. We paid them when they were completed and they also gave us a year guarantee on the labor. It has been one year and we have not had the first problem. I would recommend highly!!
