"Not much this customer has said is accurate. We did quality work, kept a clean environment, and completed in a timely manner. There was an 8 in. shortage in the width of the addition due to concrete drive on one side and pool deck on the other. We deducted for shortage from total amount owed. We performed additional work on existing kitchen that customer ask us to do but when ask for pay for additional work customer got irate and apparently has hard feelings. Contractors deal with many people per year and on occasion deal with one that cannot be satisfied even when treated fairly.
