It was supposed to have been $2100, but the price kept creeping up. The porch is now sagging, and if I don't get it fixed in next 6 months, it may fall in. In the fascia area he should have used double 2 X 6's, but he used a 2 X 4 and 1 X 6. There are joints in between the posts, and the 1 x 6's are what are holding the floor up. I did try to get him to return and repair it, but he won't do it. I was paying for the materials separately, and he could have gotten the proper materials without any problem, but he chose to inadequate support. The sheet rock work was pitiful, and he didn't come back and finish that either. The seams are all still visible, and look like an amateur did it.
Description of Work: I contracted this company to build a back porch on my house, and flash the cornice and fascia board on the house. He also did some sheet rock work inside the house, and a little carpenter work.
