WoodCo Roofing

Everything seemed to go very well until I asked for my warranty.  Unfortunately, since Rob Wood seemed so nice, I paid him and believed that I would receive the warranty in the mail any day.  I never received the warranty, despite repeated telephone calls to him.  The roof was (supposedly) warranted for 25 years, and I am now in Year 15.  I keep finding pieces of my shingles in the yard & driveway, and there is currently a leak over the eave in the rear of the house - that CAN'T be a good sign for the next 10 years of my "warranty" period!  It was my first roofing job and I've learned a lot since then, including how to use Angie's List to find competent, honest service providers.

Straight line winds from a tropical storm caused major damage to our roof. Rob Wood, the owner of WoodCo, personally came and inspected the problems. He then sent his crew to perform the repairs. The owner then returned to inspect everything to make sure that it was done to his satisfaction. We couldn't be happier with the work and the professionalism of Rob Wood and his crew. It might have been this year that they did the work but I don't remember the exact service date. I am not sure if I would still be alive by the time I need another roof as this will last for about twenty or twenty five years.
