The installation felt very rushed. They seemed to put in the minimal effort for it.

An example of how responsive this company was, they broke a window, not once but twice while trying to put it in. They kept on trying with a new one at their cost until they got it done right. All of these windows were top brand. The quality of them really showed. The entire process couldn't have gone better. We felt they were just great.
