I happened to go by the shop the next day and was given my credit card receipt, which had attached the order invoice.  i noticed it was slightly different from the one I had been given at my house. The salesman had come back to the shop and written up a different order invoice with all my information, but instead of the blinds sold to me, what had actually been ordered was a cheaper stock blind, different but similar sizes and color.  The shop owner had no explanation for the apparent bait and switch.  I cancelled my order (which, to their credit, they didn't give me any hassle about).  I would not deal with this business.

All went very well.  The wood blinds were reasonably priced and were quickly installed.  
The installer, Tony, had the idea about cafe shutters (half plantation shutters).  Marianne came out and looked at the location and made additional recommendations.  We ordered them and they came in as expected.  Installation was smooth, and the cafe shutters look great in our breakfast room!  I would definitely use Window Decor for any window treatment need I ever have again.

Very good.  A little bit of a wait for Shutters to arrive, but I believe that is a manufacturer issue, not Window  Decor.

Ann from Window Decor Home was very professional and friendly.  She offerred very nice wooden shutters and said that she would have them made with the healthy paints that we desired.  The showroom was quite attractive and helpful in displaying the various types of shutters that are currently on the market.  Another thing that I liked about Ann was that she was willing to match or beat other shutter companies' prices.

We  booked an appt on their website. They arrived 5 minutes early. They brought many samples and were very knowledgeable. They took all measurements. 6 weeks later  they came on time and installed  the  product.

We called a few local providers and Window Decor Home Store gladly came out and gave us an estimate on cost for shutters for our home.  She brought samples of blinds and samples of colors to match our house.  When we decided to go with her company, she was very gracious and the price was fair.  The installation was done by one person and done in a timely manner.  We love the improvement they have brought to our home and have received many compliments from friends and neighbors.

we actually brought them to measure for about 6 windows. THey recommended a cheaper better alternative for our windows and suggested other vendors/retailers to keep our cost down. their suggestions were very helpful and they were not too pushy on their product but really helped us find the best oslution for the space. Their installer was on time, efficient - over all great job. Very satisfied.

The blinds look beautiful in my kitchen. I ran into a problem with the fixture, but when I called, they responded immediately. The problems were fixed and I was able to enjoy my blinds again. I will use this company again in the future.

All the blinds were installed, so that they will last for a long time. Workers made sure to let us know the process of operation of the blinds and were very friendly. They were on time and worked in a steady manor. I enjoy the work that they did everyday, when I am looking at my windows.
